Official Launch Mariner’s Peninsula 2007

150pax – Mariner’s Peninsula, Townsville

A glittering affair overlooking Cleveland Bay at sunset, this event was staged under a clear roof marquee featuring a specialty cocktail bar with flare bartenders.   Guests were treated to a cocktail menu showcasing gastronomic delights including foie gras on brioche with sour cherry jus, snails in apple cider batter with rocket and walnut pesto and caviar on yeast blini with sour cream. 

The Mirvac launch at Mariner's Peninsula was just awesome!  Thanks so much for being part of our special celebration and making it so memorable for our guests.  A BIG thank you to you and Darren - much appreciated Roux Blond's swing on catering and service for our event!
